In high-resolution remote sensing image processing, segmentation is a crucial step that extracts information within the object-based image analysis framework. Because of its robustness, mean-shift segmentation algorithms are widely used in the field of image segmentation. However, the traditional implementation of these methods cannot process large volumes of images rapidly under limited computing resources. Currently, parallel computing models are generally employed for segmentation tasks with massive remote sensing images. This paper presents a parallel implementation of the mean-shift segmentation algorithm based on an analysis of the principle and characteristics of this technique. To avoid the inconsistency on the boundaries of adjacent data chunks, we propose a novel buffer-zone-based data-partitioning strategy. Employing the proposed data-partitioning strategy, two intensively computation steps are performed in parallel on different data chunks. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm effectively improves the computing efficiency of image segmentation in a parallel computing environment. Furthermore, they demonstrate the practicality of massive image segmentation when computer resources are limited.  相似文献

In order to incorporate the time smoothness of ionospheric delay to aid the cycle slip detection, an adaptive Kalman filter is developed based on variance component estimation. The correlations between measurements at neighboring epochs are fully considered in developing a filtering algorithm for colored measurement noise. Within this filtering framework, epoch-differenced ionospheric delays are predicted. Using this prediction, the potential cycle slips are repaired for triple-frequency signals of global navigation satellite systems. Cycle slips are repaired in a stepwise manner; i.e., for two extra wide lane combinations firstly and then for the third frequency. In the estimation for the third frequency, a stochastic model is followed in which the correlations between the ionospheric delay prediction errors and the errors in the epoch-differenced phase measurements are considered. The implementing details of the proposed method are tabulated. A real BeiDou Navigation Satellite System data set is used to check the performance of the proposed method. Most cycle slips, no matter trivial or nontrivial, can be estimated in float values with satisfactorily high accuracy and their integer values can hence be correctly obtained by simple rounding. To be more specific, all manually introduced nontrivial cycle slips are correctly repaired.  相似文献

目前,航空重力测量是快速获取陆地和近海区域高精度、高分辨率重力场信息的非常有效的技术手段,向下延拓则是其数据处理中的关键环节,直接影响到测量结果的进一步应用。本文在对传统最小二乘法、改进最小二乘法、Tikhonov正则化法等延拓模型进行数值分析的基础上,根据调和函数的基本特性,提出并建立了Poisson积分迭代法和改进Poisson积分迭代法延拓模型。实测航空和地面重力测量数据的试验结果表明,本文新建的Poisson积分迭代法和改进Poisson积分迭代法延拓模型精度相当,比传统最小二乘法延拓模型精度提高了15.26 mGal,比改进最小二乘法延拓模型精度提高了0.21 mGal,比Tikhonov正则化法延拓模型精度略低0.13 mGal,从而证明了本文所建模型的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

Zero-crossing wave heights, obtained from the field measurement of random waves propagating through salt marsh vegetation (Spartina alterniflora) during a tropical storm, were analyzed to examine their probability distribution. Wave data (significant wave heights up to 0.4 m in 0.8 m depth) were collected over a two-day period along a 28 m transect using three pressure transducers sampling at 10 Hz. Wave height distribution was observed to deviate from the Rayleigh distribution. The observed probability densities of the larger wave heights were reduced significantly by vegetation, producing wave heights lower than those predicted by the Rayleigh distribution. Assuming Rayleigh distributed wave heights for the incident waves to the vegetation patch, existing vegetation-induced wave attenuation formulations are used to derive a special form of two-parameter Weibull distribution for wave heights in the inundated wetland. The scale parameter of the distribution is theoretically shown to be a function of the shape parameter, which agrees with the measurements, effectively reducing the proposed distribution to a one-parameter type. The derived distribution depends on the local parameters only and fits well to the observed distribution of wave heights attenuated by vegetation. Empirical relationships are developed to estimate the shape parameter from the local wave parameters.  相似文献

当前,基于案例的推理(Case-Based Reasoning,CBR)在解决复杂的地学问题时.对地学案例的表达和历史案例的相似性计算与推理存在明显缺陷,需要在CBR的表达模型和空间相似性计算与推理算法进行拓展.本文针对土地利用变化问题,首先在分析土地利用变化各种定量方法基础上,提出利用CBR进行土地利用变化分析的研究思路:其次,针对土地利用变化的空间特性及隐含的空间关系特性.给出土地利用变化案例的表达模型,案例间内蕴空间关系抽取算法,以及考虑案例间空间关系的CBR相似性推理模型:最后,进行珠江口区域土地利用变化的CBR方法试验.预测精度达到80%.为了进一步评价CBR方法对土地利用变化预测的有效性.在实例部分采用同样的实验数据进行贝叶斯网络的预测方法实验.由两种方法对比可知.CBR是从复杂到简单进行地学问题求解的一种有效方法.  相似文献

Introduction of the large gravity irrigation system in the Indus Basin in the late 19th century without a drainage system resulted in a rising water table, which resulted in water logging and salinity problems over large areas. In order to cope with the salinity and water logging problem, the Pakistan government initiated installation of 10,000 tube wells in different areas. This not only resulted in the lowering of water table, but also supplemented irrigation. Resulting benefits from the irrigation opportunities motivated framers to install private tube wells. The Punjab area meets 40% of its irrigation needs from groundwater abstraction. Today, farmers apply both surface water flows and groundwater from tube wells, creating a pattern of private and public water control. Sustainable use of groundwater needs proper quantification of the resource and information on processes involved in its recharge and discharge. The field work in the Lagar irrigated area, discussed in this paper, show that within the general picture of conjunctive use of canal water and groundwater, there is a clear spatial pattern between upstream and downstream areas, with upstream areas depending much less on groundwater than downstream areas. The irrigation context in the study area proves to be highly complex, with water users having differential access to canal and tube well water, resulting in different responses of farmers with their irrigation strategies, which in turn affect the salinity and water balances on the fields.  相似文献

向下延拓是重、磁测量数据处理的关键步骤之一,然而,向下延拓是一个典型的不适定问题,需要采用正则化方法实现有效延拓,因此,正则化参数的确定是重、磁测量数据向下延拓正则化方法研究中最重要内容。本文根据观测面和延拓面测量数据的Poisson积分平面近似关系,结合快速傅里叶变换算法,将其转换到频率域进行计算,提高了计算速度,为了克服计算的不稳定性并进一步提高计算结果的精度,引入Landweber正则化迭代法,在此基础上采用L曲线法研究了最优正则化参数的确定,最后采用模型磁测数据验证了所确定的正则化参数的有效性,并取得了较好的延拓结果。  相似文献

近海航空重力数据在陆海大地水准面统一中起着重要作用。近3年来,利用我国首套航空重力测量系统(CHAGS)完成了渤海湾地区近20万平方千米的5′×5′格网平均重力异常数据的获取。本文首先介绍了渤海湾地区航空重力测量的概况,给出航空重力测量数据的处理要点;然后,详细讨论了航空重力测量的精度评估方法,其中针对该区域的测线布设特点,提出了"重叠格网比较法"以评估格网平均重力异常的内符合精度。结果表明,对于5′的波长分辨率,交叉点重力异常不符值在抗差后的中误差约为1.5 mGal,重叠格网法获得的5′×5′格网平均重力异常的中误差约为1.6 mGal;5′×5′格网重力异常与卫星测高和船测重力的比较精度优于3.0mGal;由航空重力测量获得的1°×1°格网平均重力异常与GOCE卫星重力位模型的计算值相比较,其系统性差异小于0.5 mGal、中误差约为2.7 mGal。利用航空重力数据后,渤海湾区域大地水准面与16个GPS水准点的比较精度由EGM2008模型的约23 cm提高到约12 cm。  相似文献

风云三号C星(FY-3C)同时装载有设置了50~60GHz和118.75GHz附近氧气吸收带内通道的微波大气垂直探测器,可以用于监测临近空间下部的大气温度.本文的首要目的是展示FY-3C微波大气垂直探测器在监测临近空间(尤其是平流层)强重力波扰动中的优势特点.在给出平流层强扰动监测结果的基础上,分析了不同波段不同通道监测平流层大气温度扰动的能力.随后,对比分析了FY-3C大气温度探测通道与国外同类仪器在观测平流层扰动中的异同点,并进一步讨论了不同平台相同大气微波探测通道联合分析平流层扰动过程的能力.本文在统计2013年冬季(2012年12月和2013年1、2月)和2014年夏季(2014年6、7、8月)的微波大气垂直探测器观测的全球平流层扰动出现频率分布的基础上,利用FY-3C微波大气温度探测器分析了格陵兰岛附近2014年1月7—11日一次平流层扰动过程.结果表明,FY-3C微波探测器50~60GHz和118.75GHz波段可用于获取平流层不同高度上的大气温度扰动特征,且前一波段的探测能力显著地优于后一波段.随后,针对2014年1月11日拉布拉多半岛附近的平流层强扰动过程,基于FY-3C的MWTS-Ⅱ与METOP-B的AMSU-A的对比观测表明,MWTS-Ⅱ能够揭示平流层波动更细致的水平结构特征.最后,针对2014年8月10日安第斯山脉附近不同平台仪器的相同通道探测结果的分析表明,多平台联合观测可以进一步提高平流层强扰动监测的时间分辨率.  相似文献

Multi-hazard susceptibility prediction is an important component of disasters risk management plan. An effective multi-hazard risk mitigation strategy includes assessing individual hazards as well as their interactions. However, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, multi-hazard susceptibility prediction techniques based on machine learning has encountered a huge bottleneck. In order to effectively solve this problem, this study proposes a multi-hazard susceptibility mapping framework using the classical deep learning algorithm of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). First, we use historical flash flood, debris flow and landslide locations based on Google Earth images, extensive field surveys, topography, hydrology, and environmental data sets to train and validate the proposed CNN method. Next, the proposed CNN method is assessed in comparison to conventional logistic regression and k-nearest neighbor methods using several objective criteria, i.e., coefficient of determination, overall accuracy, mean absolute error and the root mean square error. Experimental results show that the CNN method outperforms the conventional machine learning algorithms in predicting probability of flash floods, debris flows and landslides. Finally, the susceptibility maps of the three hazards based on CNN are combined to create a multi-hazard susceptibility map. It can be observed from the map that 62.43% of the study area are prone to hazards, while 37.57% of the study area are harmless. In hazard-prone areas, 16.14%, 4.94% and 30.66% of the study area are susceptible to flash floods, debris flows and landslides, respectively. In terms of concurrent hazards, 0.28%, 7.11% and 3.13% of the study area are susceptible to the joint occurrence of flash floods and debris flow, debris flow and landslides, and flash floods and landslides, respectively, whereas, 0.18% of the study area is subject to all the three hazards. The results of this study can benefit engineers, disaster managers and local government officials involved in sustainable land management and disaster risk mitigation.  相似文献
